- Laketown Town Council Agenda November 6, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Town of Laketown Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 6, 2019 in the Laketown Town Office located at 10 North 200 East Laketown, Utah. 7:00 p.m. REGULAR MEETING AGENDA 1. Call to Order - Mayor Burdette Weston 2. Opening Ceremony 3. Roll Call 4. Approval of Agenda; Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes 5. QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS FOR MAYOR AND COUNCIL: Any person wishing to comment on any item not otherwise on the Agenda may address the Town Council at this point by addressing the Mayor and Town Council and giving his or her name and address for the record. Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes, unless additional time is authorized by the Mayor. Citizen groups will be asked to appoint a spokesperson. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items. Some items brought forward to the attention of the Town Council will be turned over to the clerk to provide a response outside of the Town Council meeting. 6. COUNCIL BUSINESS: A. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed ordinance to amend the Town Code to create height requirements for Residential Agricultural Zones building, and to establish height exceptions and a flag pole maximum height in the Zoning Ordinance 10-6A-5- Ordinance 2019-06 G. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed ordinance to amend the Town code to add Laketown Town Council and the code of the State of Utah to the Water Regulations 8-1-8C - Ordinance 2019-07 H. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed ordinance to amend the Town Code to create Residential Agricultural 1/2 Zone Regulations of 1/2 acre area with 100 feet width, 30 feet front, 12 feet side and 30 feet rear setbacks in the Residential Zones 10-6A-4- Ordinance 2019-08 I. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed ordinance to amend the Town Code to establish subdivision street regulations and pavement depth in the Subdivision Ordinance 11-5-1-D3 and 11-5-1-D4- Ordinance 2019-09 J. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed ordinance to amend the Town Code standard for Residential Agricultural Zone rear yards to ten feet in the Residential Zones 10-6A-6 - Ordinance 2019-10 K. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration to amend the Town Code to establish that the town new water hookup fee is for the standard size meter (5/8') and that any cost for a larger meter is the responsibility of the owner amending the Water Regulations Water Use and Service Fees and Rates 8-1-3A - Ordinance 2019-13 N. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration to amend the Town Code by adding the requirement for the subdivision developer to provide water shares and/or water rights to the town by amending the Subdivision Connection By Subdividers 8-1-2B - Ordinance 2019-14 P. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration to review and amend the Subdivision Regulations Title 11 - 9. WORKSHOP ITEMS: A. CODE AMENDMENT- Consideration to amend the Town Code by changing the Town council regular meeting time to be held on first Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Administration Code 1-6-4A - Ordinance 2019-15 B. CODE AMENDMENT- Consideration to amend the Town Code by clarifying the Light Industrial Zone height requirements in the Zoning Ordinance 10-8A-5 - Ordinance 2019-16 C. CODE AMENDMENT- Consideration to amend the Town Code by adding the Subdivision cul-de-sac frontage requirements in the Subdivision Ordinance 11-5-1D-3A - Ordinance 2019-17 A. CODE AMENDMENT- Consideration to amend the Town Code by clarifying the Commercial Zone height requirements in the Zoning Ordinance 10-7A-5 - Ordinance 2019-18 10. UPDATES FROM CLERK'S OFFICE 11.
