Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoptions The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council: April 13, 2021 Ordinance 2021-07 rezoning the properties located at approximately 1598 South 1000 East from A-1 (Agricultural) to C-2 (Commercial) and R-3 (Multi-family Residential). June 8, 2021 Ordinance 2021-08 amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule related to water base fees and curbside recycling fees. June 22, 2021 Ordinance 2021-09 amending City Code, Title 11, Chapter 3, Section 3 - Definitions and Title 11, Chapter 11, Article A, Section 3 - Commercial Zone C-1 Conditional Uses by amending regulations related to assisted living facilities. July 27, 2021 Ordinance 2021-10 rezoning properties located at approximately 1050 South State Street from R-2 (Residential) to PF (Public Facilities). Ordinance 2021-11 amending Title 11, Chapter 11, Article D, Section 11 - Land Use, Manufacturing Zone M-1, Other Requirements; Title 11, Chapter 13, Section 23 - Land Use, Supplementary Regulations, Landscaping Standards and Requirements; and Title 11, Chapter 14, Section 7 - Land Use, Off Street Parking and Loading, Other Parking Provisions by amending regulations related to landscaping. September 14, 2021 Ordinance 2021-12 rezoning property located at approximately 951 West 300 North from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1-6 (Single-family Residential). Ordinance 2021-13 rezoning properties located at approximately 526 South 1000 East and Bicentennial Park from R-1-8 (Single-family Residential) to PF (Public Facilities). September 28, 2021 Ordinance 2021-15 approving a Development Agreement for the proposed development to be known as Indigo Sixteen60 located at approximately 1608 South 1000 East. October 26, 2021 Ordinance 2021-14 - enacting Chapter 21 - Internal Accessory Dwelling Units in Title 11 - Land Use in the Clearfield City Code. Ordinance 2021- 16 - amending City Code, Title 11, Chapter 19 - Form Based Code. November 23, 2021 Ordinance 2021-17 - amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule for utilities, recreation, licensing, permits, impact fees, building rental, etc. January 11, 2022 Ordinance 2022-01 approving amendments to the Development Agreement with the Community Development and Renewal Agency and Clearfield Junction, LLC, for the Clearfield Junction project located at approximately 101, 69, 49, and 19 North Main Street. Ordinance 2022-02 rezoning the properties located at approximately 564 South 800 East from R-1-8 (Residential) to R-1-6 (Residential) February 8, 2022 Ordinance 2022-03 repealing Title 11, Chapter 13, Section 29, Paragraph A , Subparagraph 3 - Nondepository Lending Establishments; Title 11, Chapter 13, Section 31 - Tattoo or Body Piercing Establishments, Title 4 Chapter 11, Section 4 - Tattoo or Body Piercing Establishments of the City Code. February 22, 2022 Ordinance 2022-04 amending the General Plan Future Land Use Map for property located at approximately 1160 West 700 South from Manufacturing to Residential. Ordinance 2022-05 rezoning the property located at approximately 1160 West 700 South from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1-8 (Single-family Residential). Ordinance 2022-06 amending multiple chapters and sections in Title 11 - Land Use and enacts Title 11, Chapter 21 - Land Use, Landscaping Standards and Requirements of the City Code by amending and enacting regulations related to water efficiency and conservation. April 12, 2022 Ordinance 2022-07 amending multiple chapters and sections in Title 11 - Land Use by repealing sections specific to Exterior Building Materials in single-family zones in compliance with State Law; amending Exterior Building Material requirements in multi-family zones; and amending Table 11.2 specific to amending Public Notice Requirements. April 26, 2022 Ordinance 2022-09 amending Title 11, Chapter 11, Article G - Form Based Code of the Clearfield City Code. May 3, 2022 Ordinance 2022-10 amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule specific to temporary water utility rates because of the extreme drought conditions.
