The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council:
May 10, 2022
Ordinance 2022-12 approving amendments to the Master Development Agreement between Clearfield City, Utah Transit Authority (UTA), and Clearfield Partners, LLC, for the Clearfield Station project located at approximately 1250 South State Street.
Ordinance 2022-02 rezoning the properties located at approximately 564 South 800 East from R-1-8 (Residential) to R-1-6 (Residential)

Ordinance 2022-11 amending City Code Title 1, Chapter 16 - Code Enforcement.
June 14, 2022
Ordinance 2022-13 amending City Code Title 4 - Business License Regulations and Title 7 Motor Vehicles and Traffic Safety by enacting regulations for mobility devices, motor assisted scooters, and amending operational rules and regulations generally.
Ordinance 2022-14 amending multiple chapters in City Code Title 1, Title 2, and Title 14 regarding Public Notice Requirements.
June 28, 2022
Ordinance 2022-17 amending City Code Title 5 - Public Health and Safety by enacting Chapter 5 - Community Noise Pollution Control and by repealing Tiel 6, Chapter 2A, Section 4 - Police Regulations, Disturbing the Peace; Loud Noises.
Ordinance 2022-18 approving the Development Agreement with the North Davis Fire District for its redevelopment project for the property located at approximately 88 East Center Street.
Ordinance 2022-19 amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule relating to residential solid waste and recycling, delinquent notices, water meter tampering and damage, park rental fees, athletic field/facility usage fees, Aquatic Center fees, contract services for police officers, planning and zoning fees, street cut/excavation permits, water meter fees, building rental fees, fire hydrant meter fees, and enacting dockless shared mobility device fees, noise permit fees, and development civil inspection fees.
Ordinance 2022-20 amending City Code Title 2 - Revenue and Finance, Chapter 3, Purchasing Policy and Title 1 Administration, Chapter 12 - Surplus Property Disposal and Chapter 12A - Disposal of Real Property.
