PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the State Finance Review Commission, a public body created under Section 63C-25-201, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, will hold a public meeting via electronic means on October 24, 2025 commencing at the hour of 2:00 p.m. Members of the public may join using the video conferencing link:

The agenda for the meeting includes the following:
1. Approval of minutes of prior meetings.
2. Discussion and review of an increase in bond issuance for the MIDA Mountain Village PID, previously reviewed by the SFRC at the October 28, 2024 meeting.
3. Review and discussion of the 2025 State Debt Affordability Study.
4. Other matters of business.
