Consider approval of Resolution 2025-08, CONSIDERATION FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TECH RIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO DESIGNATION RESOLUTION AND A FIRST AMENDMENT TO ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE FOR THE TECH RIDGE ASSESSMENT AREA, IN ORDER TO AMEND THE ASSESSMENT AREA TO REMOVE CERTAIN PROPERTY AS WELL AS AMEND THE AMOUNT OF ASSESSMENTS AND CERTAIN OTHER CHANGES; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THE RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS.

Consider approval of Resolution 2025-09, CONSIDERATION FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TECH RIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT (THE 'ISSUER'), AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING A PRELIMINARY LIMITED OFFERING MEMORANDUM AND A LIMITED OFFERING MEMORANDUM IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE ISSUER'S SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND TAX INCREMENT BONDS, SERIES 2025 (TECH RIDGE ASSESSMENT AREA); AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THE RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS.
