NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF VENTANA RESORT VILLAGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MONDAY, JULY 15, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Consider approval of the Meeting Minutes from April 25th, 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-03: a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Ventana Resort Village Public Infrastructure District declaring its intention to reimburse itself for expenditures incurred in connection with the Public Improvements and all related Improvements with proceeds of the Bonds.
2. Consideration approval of Resolution 2024-04: A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Ventana Resort Village Public Infrastructure District an Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and developer.
3. Consideration approval of Resolution 2024-05 A Resolution approving the Administrative Reimbursement Agreement and forms.
