- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Ventana Resort Village Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF VENTANA RESORT VILLAGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MONDAY, JULY 15, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 2:00 pm. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Meeting Minutes from April 25th, 2024. D. Action Items 1. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-03: a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Ventana Resort Village Public Infrastructure District declaring its intention to reimburse itself for expenditures incurred in connection with the Public Improvements and all related Improvements with proceeds of the Bonds. 2. Consideration approval of Resolution 2024-04: A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Ventana Resort Village Public Infrastructure District an Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and developer. 3. Consideration approval of Resolution 2024-05 A Resolution approving the Administrative Reimbursement Agreement and forms. E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members G. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance.
