NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF VIRIDIAN FARM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JULY 10, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Consider approval of draft minutes from the meeting held June 14, 2024.

1. Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024A (the '2024A Senior Bonds') and Subordinate Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024B (the '2024B Subordinate Bonds' and collectively with the 2024A Senior Bonds, the 'Bonds') and (b) any potential economic impact that the Project to be financed with the proceeds of the Bonds may have on the private sector.
