NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ARROWHEAD SPRINGS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MARCH 29, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 2:00 P.M.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve board meeting minutes from February 1, 2024.
C. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-02: A resolution of the board of trustees of Arrowhead Springs Public Infrastructure District to approve the execution of a First Amendment to the Assessment Ordinance to amend the assessment payment dates in the District's Assessment Ordinance dated as of August 29, 2023.
2. Consider approval of an Administrative Reimbursement Agreement between the District and developer and authorize the Chair to sign.
3. Consider approval of an Infrastructure Cost Payment and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and developer and authorize the Chair to sign.
4. Consider approval of the tentative budget for the District for calendar year 2024, and set a date to hold a public hearing to take comment on the tentative budget.
