Luke Lessner- Received Rural Grant Funding to construct a building on his Monticello property to house equipment in a residential area. The City of Monticello has zoning requirements that he cannot meet due to the layout of his property. He has already purchased materials with the funding and is now requesting that the building be erected at another property location in San Juan County
Billboards in San Juan County and incorporated Cities in very bad condition- can we identify owners to contact and see if we can improve or rent them?
San Juan County Housing Assessment- Progress RFP publishes.
Elaine Gizler has been appointed to the State Parks Board and the Canyon Country Discovery Center Board.
Board members are needed for both Boards- urgent we find candidates, any recommendations?
All Board Members must take this training yearly- five members must complete the certification.
SWOT and PESTEL Analysis for SJC- Discussion and Implementation within the County.
Request to move CED Board meeting to November 14th from 13th.

Completed the report for the 2023 Rural Grant to be able to apply for the 2024 Grant.
