- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 19, 2021. The hearing will be held at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to hear allow the public to comment on the following: Proposed Change to City Code Title 8-5-1 Water Requirements and Policies Proposed Change to City Code 10-6-4 Time to Appeal- Change would align the City Code with State Code 10-9a-704 Proposed Change to City Code Title 10 Adding a Section on Architectural and Landscaping Standards Proposed Change to City Code Title 10 Adding a Section on Fire Hydrant Requirements Proposed Change to City Code Title 11-5-9 Non-Motorized Trails and Walkways Proposed Change to City Code Title 10-11-2 A and 10-11-2 B Accessory Buildings (Out Buildings) Proposed Change to the City Development and Construction Standards 2.8.6 - Fire Hydrants If you would like more information on the proposed changes, please email the City Recorder at recorder@woodlandhills-ut.gov Posted April 26, 2021 Jody Stones, City Recorder
