5. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting.

b. Consider Ordinance 2026-13 - An Ordinance creating the Hyde Park Community Reinvestment Agency and Authorizing the Mayor to execute a Notice of Impending Boundary Action.
c. Consider Ordinance 2026 - 10 - An Ordinance amending Title 12 to revise and standardize Land Use and Development definitions.
d. Consider Ordinance 2026 - 11 - An Ordinance amending Title 12 to close applications and zoning map amendments for R2 and MXD zones, and the repeal the RT zone.
e. Consider RFP Reponses for the Hyde Park City Active Transportation & Parks Plan.
f. Consider Resolution 2026-16 - A resolution defining the game of chance to be used in the event of a tie with three or more candidates in a midterm election.
