2. Public Hearing: Ordinance 2026-08 Review of Land Use Ordinance Amendment Application from Noel Benson, proposing an Amendment to Section 10-18-4 of the Town Code. The proposed amendment would introduce tiered minimum landscape and open space requirements based on the property size in the Village Commercial zone. Staff contact: Niall Connolly.
3. Public Hearing: Ordinance 2026-09 Amending Chapter 10-21-8 of the Town Code relating to maintenance and repair of noncomplying buildings and inserting a new section of Code dealing with involuntary removal of a noncomplying building. Staff contact: Niall Connolly.
4. Public Hearing: Ordinance 2026-10 Amending Chapter 10-21 of the Town Code relating to renovation and redevelopment of noncomplying buildings in the commercial zones. Staff contact: Niall Connolly.
