- NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE UTAH CHARTER SCHOOL FINANCE AUTHORITY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Utah Charter School Finance Authority (the 'Authority') will hold a special meeting commencing at 1:30 pm on Friday, September 19, 2025 in the large conference room, Office of State Treasurer, C170 State Capitol Complex, Salt Lake City, Utah, and electronically via Google Meet link: https://utah-gov.zoom.us/j/9767458051?pwd=QcflZWcUgK7h8gMyIWM5GB1oVqkcqW.1&omn=87942203003 Meeting ID: 976 745 8051 Passcode: sJ8SidY# One or more Members of the Authority may participate via telephonic conference originated by the Chair, and the meeting may be an electronic meeting. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations during the meeting should notify the Authority at least three working days prior to the meeting. The agenda will be substantially as follows: 1. Approval of the minutes from the Authority's special meetings held on July 23, 2025. 2. Resolution 2025-9. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority Charter School Bonds (Canyon Grove Academy), Series 2025; approving the execution and delivery of related documents by the Authority; providing for the publication of notices of public hearing and bond issuance; establishing a contest period; authorizing all other necessary actions to complete the transaction; and addressing related matters. 3. Resolution 2025-10. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority charter school bonds (Voyage Academy) series 2025; authorizing the execution and delivery by the Authority of documents required in connection therewith; providing for the publication of a notice of public hearing and of bonds to be issued; providing for a contest period; designating Voyage Academy as a qualifying charter school for purposes of participation in the State's credit enhancement program; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the resolution; and related matters. 4. Resolution 2025-11. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority Charter School Bonds (Monticello Academy), Series 2025; approving the execution and delivery of related documents by the Authority; providing for the publication of notices of public hearing and bond issuance; establishing a contest period; authorizing all other necessary actions to complete the transaction; and addressing related matters. 5. Resolution 2025-12. Second consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority Charter School Bonds (Esperanza Elementary Charter School), Series 2025; approving the execution and delivery of related documents by the Authority; providing for the publication of notices of public hearing and bond issuance; establishing a contest period; authorizing all other necessary actions to complete the transaction; and addressing related matters. 6.
