- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Black Desert Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BLACK DESERT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 3:30 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of the Board meeting held on August 28, 2024. D. Action Items 1. Consider accepting Resolution 2024-08 CONSIDERATION FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE FOR THE BLACK DESERT ASSESSMENT AREA # 1; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION, AND RELATED MATTERS E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members 1. Open meeting for discussion with Board members of any other PID business. G. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance.
