NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BLACK DESERT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Consider accepting Resolution 2024-08 CONSIDERATION FOR ADOPTION OF A
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AMENDED AND RESTATED ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE FOR THE BLACK
DESERT ASSESSMENT AREA # 1; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER
ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS
CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION, AND RELATED MATTERS
