NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF AUTO MALL AND RETAIL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UT 84770

1. Approve the minutes of the Board meeting held on July 19, 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider accepting the Third Quarter Financial Statements as outlined by CLA.
2. Consider for approval the Tentative 2025 Budget prepared by CLA.
3. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-01: A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Auto Mall & Retail Public Infrastructure District to certify a petition for annexing approximately 3.25 acres into the District, Authorizing the Plat and other documents in connection.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting for discussion with Board members of any other PID business.
