¬Central Wasatch Commission December Board Meeting Agenda Millcreek City Hall 1330 East Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, UT Friday, December 15, 2023 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission will hold a Board meeting on Friday, December 15, 2023, beginning at approximately 8:00 a.m. at Millcreek City Hall, 1330 East Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, UT. A virtual option is also available. The public may register for the virtual meeting option at the following link, which is specific to the registrant and should not be shared. After registering the registrant will receive an email containing a meeting access link. https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_stsLqSNcRXCAZr3-Kc4wiQ Please note: For in-person meeting attendees, masks are no longer required at Millcreek City Hall, but are welcome for any attendees who prefer to continue using them. Civility and decorum should be applied in all discussions and debate. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Public officials and the public are encouraged to refrain from making belligerent, personal, impertinent, slanderous, threatening, abusive, or disparaging comments. 8:00 A.M. Opening 1. Chair Christopher F. Robinson will open the meeting and welcome fellow Commissioners, staff, and members of the public. 8:05 A.M. 2023 Annual Report and Strategic Plan Status Review 1. Staff will provide an overview of the CWC's 2023 work and achievements. 8:30 A.M. Stakeholders Council Discussion 1. Stakeholders Council leadership will provide an overview of the work and accomplishments of the Stakeholders Council during 2023. 2. Commissioners and SHC Co-Chairs will discuss, set priorities, assign topics and goals. 3. Co-Chairs Knoblock and Fisher will deliver a letter from the Stakeholders Council. 9:10 A.M. December Board Business 1. (Action) The Board will consider approving the minutes of the CWC Special Board meeting held on October 30, 2023. 2. (Action) Consideration of Resolution 2023-24 Adopting an Annual Meeting Schedule for the CWC's Public Bodies for 2024. a. Staff provided Board and EBAC meeting date recommendations in an attached memo. 3. (Action) Consideration of Resolution 2023-25 Appointing a Chair, Co-Chair and Secretary/Treasurer of the Board for 2024-2026. 4. (Action) Consideration of Resolution 2023-26 Approving Changes to Stakeholders Council membership. 9:25 A.M. Public Comment 9:30 A.M. Closing 1.
