Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Public hearing to receive comments concerning a proposed amendment to the zoning code allowing Daycare Center/Assisted Care Center in the R1-10 zone.
b. Consider approving the Capital Improvement Plan for the Airport.
c. Consider approving a development agreement with TOK Development, LLC.
d. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-32 amending Table 31-3 of Development Standards for Residential Zoning Districts changing the front yard setbacks, including setbacks for corner lots.
e. Consider a motion to reaffirm the adoption of Ordinance 2022-29 annexing property owned by Robert Parker, Waimea LTD Partnership, and Mary Lee Harrison.
f. Review a quarterly executive performance overview showing claims for the City.
