Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoptions
The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council:
August 9, 2022
Ordinance 2022-21 amending Title 11, Chapter 10A, Section 10 - Land Use, Public Facilities Zone (PF), Signs and Title l1, Chapter 11, Article G, Section 10, Subsection 10.9 and Table 10.9 - Land Use, Commercial and Manufacturing Zones, Form Based Code, Signs, Monument Signs.
Ordinance 2022-22 rezoning certain properties within the City that currently have public facility uses from various zoning designations to PF (Public Facilities) and amending the City's zoning map to reflect those changes. The new zoning designations enacted by the ordinance will also help to keep or bring the properties into conformance with the City's General Plan.
September 13, 2022
Ordinance 2022-23 amending Title 11, Chapter 13, Section 26 - Land Use, Supplementary Regulations, Fireworks Stand, Temporary or Seasonal Merchant.
Ordinance 2022-24 amending Title 11, Chapter 11, Article G - Land Use, Form Based Code, Chapter 10.0 Sign Types.
Ordinance 2022-26 approving the Development Agreement for the proposed development to be known as Antelope's Edge located at approximately 500 West 1700 South (TINs: 12-080-0095 and 12-080-0092) in Clearfield, Davis County, Utah.
Ordinance 2022-27 amending the City's General Plan Future Land Use Map for the rear 4.503 acre portion of the property located at approximately 175 West Antelope Drive (12-242-0009) from Commercial to Residential.
Ordinance 2022-28 rezoning the rear 4.503 acre portion of the property located at approximately 175 West Antelope Drive (TIN: 12-242-0009) from C-2 (Commercial) to R-2 (Medium Density Residential) and amends the City's Zoning Map to reflect the change.
Ordinance 2022-29 amending Chapter 4 of the City's General Plan by updating the City's Moderate Income Housing Plan.
