MAGNA METRO TOWNSHIP COUNCIL Public Meeting Agenda Tuesday May 11, 2021 Webster Center 8952 West Magna Main Street Magna, Utah 6:00PM Based on the MODERATE TRANSMISSION LEVEL in Magna of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), as identified by both the State and County Health Orders, the Mayor and Council have chosen to conduct this meeting at an anchor location with limited public access pursuant to the public health orders. To accommodate the members of the Council and public who desire to attend, but based on their personal assessments feel attending the meeting at the anchor location may be an unacceptable health risk, this meeting will be also conducted electronically. The amendments intend to clarify the boundaries of the area, outline conditions required for building and developing within the Overpressure Area and moves this section of code to Chapter 16.02.
