Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from September 3 Work Meeting and September 10 Business Meeting. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from September 2020. D. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS: 1. Hurricane Valley Fire District Representative, Merlin Spendlove 2. Zoning Administrator, Mike Vercimak 3. Planning Commission Chair, Manning Butterworth 4. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2020.XX Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2020.XX American Indian Heritage Month. 3. Discussion on Resolution 2020.XX increasing culinary water rates and base gallon usage. 4. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2020.XX Uniform Fee Schedule to modify culinary water rates, base gallon usage, cemetery fees, and additional baseball field prep fees. 5. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2020.XX amending Title 6 Chapter 2 Parking and sidewalk safety. 6. Discussion and possible action on Water use overage policy. 7. Discussion and possible expenditure approval of $8,629.46 for dump truck repairs. 8. Discussion and possible expenditure approval of $6,827.53 for backhoe repairs. 9. Discussion and possible expenditure approval of $3,612.21 for City work truck repairs. 10. Discussion and possible expenditure approval of $56,886.40 for Center Street project. 11.
