- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING November 20, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting November 20, 2019 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments (limit of 3 minutes) 2. MOTION: Eagle scout project request for donation Mckay Sitterud 6. MOTION: Utah Association of Counties $7500.00 7. MOTION: Resolution 15-2019 Annual Meeting Schedule 8. MOTION: Ordinance 11-2019 Definitions of Outdoor Storage 9. MOTION: Ordinance 12-2019 Outdoor Storage 10. MOTION: Audit committee/Approval of policy & procedures 11. Council member Lesa Miller decision of election term 12. Mayor's Report 13. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 14. Council's Reports 15. Zoning Administrator Report 16. City Claims and Review of Financials 17. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
