CONSIDER ACCESSORY APARTMENT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (Administrative)
Review the Conditional Use Application submitted by Taylor & Brittnie Thomas for an Accessory Apartment at 280 East 300 South on 0.3 acres in a residential (R-1) zone. The Building Inspector gave approval 3/12/19.

REVIEW AMENDMENTS UPDATING 'LUA' AND 'LAND USE AUTHORITY' (Legislative)
Consider changes throughout the HPC Code updating every reference to 'LUA' and 'Land Use Authority'. The group currently known as the 'LUA' would be known as the 'DRC' or 'Development Review Committee' going forward.
CONSIDER CHANGES TO HPC 12.30.130 FLAG LOTS (Legislative)
Consider changes to clarify flag lots, including drawings, conditions for allowance and other restrictions.

CONSIDER ALLOWING HOMES ON EXISTING NON-CONFORMING LOTS (Legislative)
Consider allowing building on existing non-conforming (currently four) lots, perhaps by Conditional Use, or spot zoning. City Council requested the Planning Commission set parameters.
