PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of Weber Fire District will hold a Board meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, in the Training Room located at Weber Fire District Station 61, 2023 W. 1300 N., Farr West, Utah. Board Members may participate electronically. Weber Fire District Board of Trustees - Meeting Agenda: 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Invocation 4. Public Comments - Comments will be limited to three minutes. Step to the podium, state your name and city of residence. No action can or will be taken on any issues presented during the public comment period. 5. Approval of Minutes - September 8, 2026, Regular Board Meeting 6. Approval of Minutes - October 1, 2026, Riverdale and Roy Public Hearings 7. Presentation and Approval of Financial Report 8. Presentation of 2027 Budget Proposal 9. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolutions: - 41-2026 A Resolution amending Resolution 24-2026, adoption of Appendix A of the 2024 International Fire Code, Establishing the Board of Trustees as Board of Appeals and Related Enactments. - 42-2026 Appointing Jolene Whipple as the District Clerk and separating financial duties and assigning them to the Finance Director. Directing the Fire Chief and board Attorney to Amend the Bylaws to Finalize This Division of Duties. - 43-2026 Approval of Powder Mtn Common Boundary Adjustment with Cashe County Fire District under Utah Code Section 17B-1-417. - 44-2026 A Resolution Authorizing the Fire Chief or his Designee to Begin to Coordinate a Consolidated RFP Process for EMS Services Within Weber Fire District to Satisfy the Requirements of SB215. - 45-2026 Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Execution of a Purchase Contract for a Water Tender between Weber Fire District and Premier Truck Group of Salt Lake City. 10. Discussion and Action on the Following Rules and Regulations: - Rules and Regulations 300.00 Compensation and Overtime - Rules and Regulations 300.01 Compensatory Time - Rules and Regulations 901.00 Fire Code Appeals o Form 901-A Fire Code Appeal Staff Checklist o Form 901-B Fire Code Appeal Application 11.
