NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE UTAH CHARTER SCHOOL FINANCE AUTHORITY
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Utah Charter School Finance Authority (the 'Authority') will hold a special meeting beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026, in the Large Conference Room, Office of the State Treasurer, C170 State Capitol Complex, Salt Lake City, Utah, and electronically via Zoom at:

One or more members of the Authority may participate electronically or by telephone, with the electronic meeting originated by the Chair. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), individuals requiring special accommodations to participate in the meeting should notify the Authority at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
The agenda will be substantially as follows:
1. Approval of the minutes from the Authority's special meetings held on August 11, 2026.
2. Resolution 2026-12. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority Charter School Bonds (Paradigm School), Series 2026; approving the execution and delivery of related documents by the Authority; providing for the publication of notices of public hearing and bond issuance; establishing a contest period; authorizing all other necessary actions to complete the transaction; and addressing related matters.
3. Resolution 2026-13. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority charter school bonds (Wasatch Waldorf Charter School) series 2026; authorizing the execution and delivery by the Authority of documents required in connection therewith; providing for the publication of a notice of public hearing and of bonds to be issued; providing for a contest period; designating Wasatch Waldorf Charter School as a qualifying charter school for purposes of participation in the State's credit enhancement program; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the resolution; and related matters.
4. Resolution 2026-14. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority Charter School Bonds (Louisa May Alcott Community School), Series 2026; approving the execution and delivery of related documents by the Authority; providing for the publication of notices of public hearing and bond issuance; establishing a contest period; authorizing all other necessary actions to complete the transaction; and addressing related matters.
5. Resolution 2026-15. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority Charter School Bonds (Custom Class Charter School), Series 2026; approving the execution and delivery of related documents by the Authority; providing for the publication of notices of public hearing and bond issuance; establishing a contest period; authorizing all other necessary actions to complete the transaction; and addressing related matters.
