- TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL Regular Business Meeting Agenda June 17, 2026, at 6:00 pm 212 N. Call to Order - Mayor Dan Catlin 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilwoman Chamberlain 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Olsen B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from June 3, 2026, City Council Meeting. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from May 2026. D. REPORTS 1. City Council Board Reports E. PRESENTATION: 1. Draft 2026 Transportation Master Plan - Sunrise Engineering F. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there may be no response by any City official during this time. For specific questions, please contact staff directly. G. BUSINESS ITEMS: 1. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance approving a material modification to the Firelight MPDO Plan and Development Agreement regarding roadway cross sections through Addendum No. 2; and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Addendum. 2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2026.XX - resolution designating specific locations and times for the discharge of fireworks within City limits for public safety purposes. 3. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 17, Section 4 of the Toquerville City Code regarding the transfer of nightly rental licenses upon change of ownership of a dwelling. 4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 19D, Section 12 of the Toquerville City Code related to fencing regulations and permit requirements. 5. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 16A of the Toquerville City Code to establish standards for trails in hillside areas. 6. Discussion and possible action on the Zone Change and General Plan Amendment application fees paid by Nolan and Laura Pearson for Tax ID No. T-149. 7. Discussion and possible action on Change Order #003 in the amount of $16,972.50 for the import and spread of topsoil in Westfield Park. H. WORK ITEMS: 1. Discussion on annexation boundaries. 2. Discussion on recreational development at Chief Toquer Reservoir. I. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Independence Day & America's 250th Anniversary Celebration - Saturday, July 4th, 2026 - Center Street Park. J. CLOSED MEETING: Discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual (if needed). K.
