REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING (6:00 pm.)
1. Call to Order
a. Pledge of Allegiance
b. Moment of Silence
2. Public Comment (at the discretion of the Mayor). All public comment shall: 1) only be made by those after the person states his or her name and address for the record; 2) may last no longer than 2 minute unless otherwise allowed by the Mayor; 3) must be germane to the authority of the City Council and be directly related to city programs, projects, services or events; and 4) may not address an item already on the agenda.
3. Consent Agenda
a. Approval of outstanding invoices. See attached.
b. Approval of Minutes: Council meeting: February 3rd, Work Sessions: January 20th and 26th; February 2nd
4. Resolution 2026-13: Resolution Creating Standing Committees. (Approximately 5 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-13 establishing Standing Committees for Ogden Valley City.
5. Resolution 2026-14: Resolution Authorizing Support for the Pineview Loop Trail. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-14 authorizing support for the Pineview Loop Trail.
6. Resolution 2026-15: Resolution Regarding Procurement Policy. (Approximately 10 minutes) Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-15 adopting a City Procurement Policy.
7. Resolution 2026-16: Resolution Regarding Finance Procedures. (Approximately 10 minutes) Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-16 adopting comprehensive finance procedures.
8. Ordinance 2026-06: Adoption of the Rocky Mountain Power Franchise Agreement (five minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2026-06 adopting the Rocky Mountain Power Franchise Agreement.
9. Closed Meeting (As needed)
A closed meeting for any purpose as allowed in UCA 52-4-25.
10. Adjournment
