PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the State Finance Review Commission, a public body created under Section 63C-25-201, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, will hold a public meeting via electronic means on December 12, 2025 commencing at the hour of 2:00 p.m. Members of the public may join using the video conferencing link:

2. Discussion and review of a proposed issuance by BZI Innovation Park Public Infrastructure District #1 of up to $20,000,000 in Tax Differential Bonds and related matters.
3. Other matters of business.
