- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA OF A MEETING OF THE STATE FINANCE REVIEW COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the State Finance Review Commission, a public body created under Section 63C-25-201, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, will hold a public meeting via electronic means on December 12, 2025 commencing at the hour of 2:00 p.m. Members of the public may join using the video conferencing link: https://utah-gov.zoom.us/j/9767458051?pwd=QcflZWcUgK7h8gMyIWM5GB1oVqkcqW.1&omn=87410744561 Meeting ID: 976 745 8051 Passcode: sJ8SidY# In the event the above link is not functioning, please contact Diana Artica via email at dartica@utah.gov. One or more members of the Commission may participate via telephonic conference initiated by the Chair. Accordingly, the meeting will be conducted as an electronic meeting in accordance with Utah law. The agenda for the meeting includes the following: 1. Approval of minutes from the previous meeting. 2. Discussion and review of a proposed issuance by BZI Innovation Park Public Infrastructure District #1 of up to $20,000,000 in Tax Differential Bonds and related matters. 3. Other matters of business.
