3. Consideration of Resolution 2025-24: Adopting Utah National Guard Project Area Plan Part 3 and Directing the Publication of Notice of its Approval in a Newspaper of General Circulation as Provided by Law.
4. Consideration of Resolution 2025-25: Adopting the Tooele Army Depot Project Area Plan Part 1 and Directing the Publication of Notice of its Approval in a Newspaper of General Circulation as Provided by Law.
5. Executive Director update and board member comments.
