- This meeting will not have a physical location; it will be held via Zoom only. Approval of meeting minutes from the November 17, 2025 MIDA board meeting. 2. Consideration of Resolution 2025-23: Adopting the First Amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Tooele City in the Utah National Guard Project Area. 3. Consideration of Resolution 2025-24: Adopting Utah National Guard Project Area Plan Part 3 and Directing the Publication of Notice of its Approval in a Newspaper of General Circulation as Provided by Law. 4. Consideration of Resolution 2025-25: Adopting the Tooele Army Depot Project Area Plan Part 1 and Directing the Publication of Notice of its Approval in a Newspaper of General Circulation as Provided by Law. 5. Executive Director update and board member comments. 6. Adjourn.
