Discussion regarding a proposed ordinance entitled:
'An Ordinance Amending and Restating in Its Entirety Section 030, Chapter 16 of Title 10 of the Mount Pleasant Municipal Code to Amend the Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone.'
d. Planning and Zoning Ordinance Review - Detached Accessory Dwelling Units

'An Ordinance Amending Chapter 18 of Title 10 of the Mount Pleasant Municipal Code to Include a New Section Establishing Regulations for Detached Accessory Dwelling Units.'
