- The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to: - CONSIDER EDITS TO THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE (see HPC Code 13, Subdivision Ordinance) - CONSIDER EDITS TO THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE (SEE HPC 12.40) - CONSIDER A REZONE APPLICATION Submitted by Matthew Harris to rezone the following property: 235 E 600 S Parcel 04-038-0038, 04-038-0034, 04-038-0033 5.26 acres Current zone: RE-20 (residential - minimum lot size: 20,000 square feet) Proposed zone: RT Zone (residential transition- medium density with varying housing styles, lot sizes and character.
