- Central Wasatch Commission Executive/Budget/Audit Committee Meeting 41 N. Rio Grande Street, Ste 102, SLC, UT 84101 Monday, November 20, 2023; 3:30 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission's Executive/Budget/Audit Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, November 20, 2023, beginning at approximately 3:30 p.m. and ending at approximately 4:30 p.m., at 41 North Rio Grande Street, Ste. 102, Salt Lake City, UT. A virtual option is also available. The public may register for the virtual meeting option at the following link. After registering the registrant will receive an email containing a meeting access link. https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_i-IhGT-WRY6kEWipVPdlxg Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee meeting scheduled for Monday, November 20, 2023, beginning at 3:30 p.m. The agenda for that meeting of the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee meeting is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News. Civility and decorum should be applied in all discussions and debate. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Chair Christopher F. Robinson will call the meeting to order and welcome committee members and public. 2. Chair Robinson will call for a motion to approve the minutes from 9/18 meeting. 3. Staff Announcements a. Stakeholders Council has restructured, and most committees have convened. b. The Youth Council held its first meeting on November 7. c. Staff will have an annual report ready for the Board Retreat. 3:40 P.M. Review UDOT Response Letter 1. Committee members will review and discuss the letter received in response to our 10/31/23 ECCR request to the state. 4:00 P.M. Review Draft Board Retreat Agenda 1. Commissioners will review a draft agenda for the upcoming Board Meeting and Retreat. 4:25 P.M. Public Comment 4:30 P.M. Closing 1. Chair Robinson will call for a motion to adjourn the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee meeting. ___________________________________________________________________ CERTIFICATE OF POSTING At or before 3:30 p.m. on November 17th, 2023, the undersigned hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was: 1.
