- In accordance with Utah Code Section 20A-7-402, to prepare a written argument for or against a special local ballot proposition, an eligible voter shall file a request with the Election Officer/City Recorder before 5 p.m. no later than 64 days before the day of the election at which the special local ballot proposition is to be voted on. Written Arguments may be submitted by email to shanna.johnson@perrycity.org, by mail to 3005 S 1200 W Perry, UT 84302, or in person at the same address.
