Notice of Ballot Proposition Voter Information Pamphlet
In accordance with Utah Code 20A-7-402, Perry City has placed the following ballot proposition on the November 21, 2023, ballot:
Proposed Action to Repeal Perry City's 0.25% Mass Transit Sales and Use Tax
The repeal of the one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) sales and use tax put in place in early 2008 for the purchase of real property in Perry City for UTA's frontrunner project.
An eligible voter may file a written argument for or against for a Voter Information Pamphlet the above ballot proposition with the Perry City Recorder, acting as the election officer, locate at 3005 S 1200 W, Perry City, Utah, 84302, no later than 5:00 PM on September 18, 2023.
