Box 618, Suite 304, Farmington Utah 84025 Telephone: (801) 451-3279 - Fax: (801) 451-3281 PUBLIC NOTICE FOR REQUEST TO REZONE Notice is hereby given that the Davis County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday July 6, 2023 at 6:00 PM, in the Davis County Commission Chambers, located at room 305, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah. The Planning Commission will consider a request to rezone the property located at approximately 3454 West 2700 South, Syracuse Utah. The request is to rezone .64 Acres from A-10 to A-1. The effect of the rezone would reduce the minimum lot size for a residential unit from 10 acres to 1 acre. If you have questions regarding this matter or would like further information, contact Davis County Community and Economic Development, at 801-451-3279 Subject Property DAVIS COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA July 6, 2023 The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in room 303 of the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, UT 84025. Roll Call - Determination of a Quorum Pledge of Allegiance Declaration of Conflict of Interest Approval of Minutes of February 2, 2023. 1- Open public hearing for rezone request. 2- Discuss/Approve/Deny rezone request for .64 acres to go from A-10 to A-1. 3- General and Pending Business 4- Motion to adjourn.
