- NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Elk Ridge will hold its Public Hearing In conjunction with the regular City Council Meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Elk Ridge City Hall, 80 E. Park Drive, Elk Ridge, Utah. Via Telephone - Due to Fall Break Council Members may attend via Telephone 7:00 PM - REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Opening Remarks if Volunteered Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Agenda / Time Frame Swearing-In and Administration of Oath of Office - Council Member Russ Adamson Roll Call Update from Planning Commission Public Forum 2 MINUTES MAXIMUM PER PERSON PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Resolution 26-10-13-2R, Budget Amendments for FY 26-27 Budget for Well Project Engineering and Trails Feasibility Study Project see attachment AGENDA ITEMS 1. Resolution 26-10-13-4R Discussion and Appointment of SESD Board Representative 2. Resolution 26-10-13-5R Discussion and Appointment of Central Utah 911 Board Representative 3.
