- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA FOX HOLLOW INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FOX HOLLOW INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2026, AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095 AT 2:00pm This meeting is open to the public and may be joined using the following information https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89046717956?pwd=BuRvQWazONZiWKIERXzApLN5QvHkeA.1 Meeting ID: 890 4671 7956; Passcode: 693376; Call in number 253-215-8782 A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items Not applicable. C. Public Comment Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District. Comment will be limited to three (3) minutes. D. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on February 24, 2026. 2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since last Board meeting. E. Action Items 1. Consider approval of Q4 financial statements for calendar year 2025. 2. Consider approval of Q1 financial statements for calendar year 2026. 3. Approve and ratify the District's engagement of Squire as financial statement auditor for 2025. F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any infrastructure financing district business. F.
