1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on February 24, 2026.
2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since last Board meeting.
E. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Q4 financial statements for calendar year 2025.
2. Consider approval of Q1 financial statements for calendar year 2026.
3. Approve and ratify the District's engagement of Squire as financial statement auditor for 2025.
F. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any infrastructure financing district business.
