Call to Order: Mayor Cox 2. Opening Ceremony: Council member Allred 3. Acceptance of minutes from May 13, 2026, City Council and workshop 4. Approval of Agenda 5. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting. 6. Council Business: a. Mayor/Staff/Council Reports b. NPPD Report 7. Action Items: a. Consider a Development Agreement with Visionary Homes for Aspen Grove Subdivision. b. Consider the Wastewater Master Plan - Sunrise Engineering c. Public Hearing to take citizen input on amending the fee schedule to modify Building permit fees, Administrative Fees, Sewer Impact Fees, and Land Use Fees. d. Consider Resolution 2026-10 - A Resolution amending the Hyde Park City fee schedule to modify Building Permit Fees, Administrative Fees, and Land Use Fees. e. Consider Resolution 2026-14 - A Resolution amending the Hyde Park City fee schedule to modify the Sewer Impact Fee based on the Wastewater Master Plan. f. Public Hearing to take citizen input on Ordinance 2026-08 - An Ordinance approving an agreement to abandon, modify, and relocate easements located at 14N 1200 E Smithfield, UT. g. Consider Ordinance 2026-08 - An Ordinance approving an agreement to abandon, modify, and relocate easements located at 14N 1200 E Smithfield, UT. h. Review the Truth in Taxation statement and schedule i. Public Hearing to consider Resolution 2026-11 - A resolution adopting the official 2027 fiscal year Interim Budget ending June 30, 2027. j. Consider Resolution 2026-11 - A resolution adopting the official 2027 fiscal year Interim Budget ending June 30, 2027. k. Consider Resolution 2026-05 - A resolution acknowledging receipt and acceptance of the Hyde Park City Fiscal Year 2026 Fraud Risk Assessment. l.
