Enforcement - Bryn Kaelin, Chief of Enforcement III. The Division is preparing a proposed amendment to the Utah Residential Mortgage Practicing and Licensing Rule for the Commission's consideration. The proposed amendment would reduce the Utah specific pre-license education for a mortgage loan originator license from 15 hours to five hours. IV. Executive (Closed) Session A.
