- PAROWAN CITY NOTICE OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of January 22, 2026, passed the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance No. 2026-04: An ordinance amending the engineering standards related typical street sections; removing the 'Local Street Section - No On-Street Parking' and clarifying where typical street sections without curb, gutter, and sidewalk may be used. 2. Ordinance No. 2026-05: An ordinance adopting a culinary water impact fee and amending the city's impact fee schedule. The culinary water impact fee is hereby established in the amount of $7,284.00 per equivalent residential connection (ERC). A copy of said ordinances is attached below and may also be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: I, the duly appointed City Recorder, do hereby certify that the above notice was posted this 13th day of February, 2026. A copy of the foregoing notice was emailed to The Spectrum, posted at the Parowan City Hall, posted on the Parowan City website at www.parowan.org, and posted on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
