NOTICE OF ORDINANCES
Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of February 12, 2026, passed the following ordinances:
1. Ordinance No. 2026-04: An ordinance amending the engineering standards related typical street sections; removing the 'Local Street Section - No On-Street Parking' and clarifying where typical street sections without curb, gutter, and sidewalk may be used.
2. Ordinance No. 2026-05: An ordinance adopting a culinary water impact fee and amending the city's impact fee schedule. The culinary water impact fee is hereby established in the amount of $7,284.00 per equivalent residential connection (ERC).
A copy of said ordinances is attached below and may also be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah.
