- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting February 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. Call to Order-Mayor 1. Opening Ceremony- By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance - Opening Prayer- 2. Roll Call - City Recorder 3. Consent Agenda - Mayor Claims Register: Dated 01/24/2026 to 02/06/2026 in the amount of $415,057.72 Transaction Register: 01/01/2026 to 01/31/2026 in the amount of $(5,979.11) Approval of Minutes: January 27th, 2026, Work Session Minutes January 27th, 2026, Regular City Council Minutes 4. Public Comment Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door prior to the start of the meeting. Participation is limited to three minutes. Each participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 5. Sidewalk Program Presentation - Britanny Adams a. Purchases & Requisitions Requisition #022601 to Action Transmission in the amount of $8,434.29 to replace Transmission in 2013 F-250 Super Duty - Shane Ward Requisition #202602 to Stotz Equipment in the amount of $16,171.33 for Lift-Type Rotary Cutter (Street Mower) -Colter Allen Requisition #202603 to Verizon Wireless in the amount of $3,599.94 for Samsung Pro Tablets - Shane Ward Requisition #202604 to Sunrise Engineering in the amount of $7,000 for Smart GIS Services- Dave Oxman b. Contoy Arena Manager Recruitment and Transition Plan- Mayor c. Approval of Pending Resolution #2026-02 A Resolution Adopting Mt. Pleasant City Sidewalk Inspection and Maintenance Policy and Safety Policy -Britanny Adams d. Discussion and Possible Action - Pending Resolution #2026-03 A Resolution Authorizing and Approving the Amended and Restated Power Pooling Agreement with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems, and Related Matters- Shane Ward e. Approval of out of state travel to IPSA Annual Meeting and Banquet to Mesquite Nevada in the amount $403.00 -Shane Ward 6. Reports a. Council Reports b. Staff Reports c. Mayor Report 7.
