- POWER DISTRICT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, AND 13 COMBINED MEETING AGENDA 1. Welcome 2. Oaths of Office Administered by Samuel McHenry, AAG 3. Election of Board Officers 4. Discussion of Trustees' Conflict of Interest Disclosures and Ethics Pledge 5. Resolution 2025-01 Rules of Order The board will consider a resolution to adopt Rules of Order. 6. Resolution 2025-02 Electronic Meetings Policy The board will consider a resolution to adopt an Electronic Meeting Policy. 7. Resolution 2025-03 District Bylaws The board will consider a resolution to adopt District Bylaws. 8. Resolution 2025-04 Public Records Policy The board will consider a resolution to adopt a Public Records Policy. 9. Budget Hearing Presentation and Public Comment on FY26 Budget. 10. Approval of FY26 Budget The board will consider the FY26 budget. 11. Discussion of Board Training The board will discuss Open and Public Meetings Act and other required training to be completed by board members. 12. Adjourn
