- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC MEETING of the MIDA Military Recreation Facility Development Review Committee Date and time: Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 4:00 pm Information to attend electronically: This is a Zoom only meeting. Approval of meeting minutes from the September 16, 2025, meeting. 2. Consideration of the Cormont Condo Plat Parking. Staff Report Presented by Rob Donigan. 3. Consideration of Cormont Condo Plat Phase 2 - Residential. Staff Report Presented by Rob Donigan. 4. Consideration of Cormont Condo Plat Phase 2 - Commercial.
