- AGENDA 4:00 PM Call to Order Introduction of Agenda Items 1. Amending and Vacating a Subdivision Plat and Vacating a 5 Foot Public Utility Easement by Proposed Ordinance 2025-15: Bryce Meadows Development Block 12, Unit 6F in Bryce Woodland Estates Subdivision vacating all of lot 1, and merging lots 2 and 3; submitted by Tom Avant, Iron Rock Group, LLC, holding power of attorney. 2. Amending and Extending a Subdivision Plat and Vacating a 5 Foot Public Utility Easement by Proposed Ordinance 2025-16: Magee Family Trust Block 12, Unit 6F in Bryce Woodland Estates Subdivision extending lot 34 and creating lots 35 and 36; submitted by Tom Avant, Iron Rock Group LLC, holding power of attorney. *Public hearings are intended for the public to provide input or to pose questions individuals believe should be considered. Public hearings are not intended for individual members of the public to engage in conversation. While questions may be posed by a member of the public, every attempt will be made to refrain from answering or engaging in conversation during the public hearing.
