- TICABOO UTILITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE REGULARLY SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING DATE: Wednesday April 10th 2024 TIME: 5:30 PM LOCATION: Electronic Meeting Pursuant to House Bill 5002, 'Open and Public Meetings Act Amendments,' passed during the 2020 Fifth Special Session of the Utah Legislature and codified under Utah Code Ann. ยง 52-4-207(4), I, Alexa Wilson, hereby make the following written determination in my capacity as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Ticaboo Utility Improvement District warranting the TUID Board to convene and conduct electronic meetings without a proper anchor location: AGENDA 1. Call Meeting to Order - Alexa Wilson a. Roll Call of Board Members - Alexa Wilson 2. Adoption of Agenda - Alexa Wilson 3. Approval of minutes: Approval of minutes from 3/13/24 meeting- Alexa Wilson 4. Review procedures for handling electronic participation by the public - Alexa Wilson 5. Public Comment -- TUID welcomes comments from the public. The Board sets aside 15 minutes at each Board meeting to hear from anyone wishing to speak. Each presenter is allowed one opportunity and has up to three (3) minutes for remarks. Any member of the public who desires to make a comment shall use the 'raise hand' feature during the Google Meet meeting. The public comment segment of the Board meeting is not the time for a question-and-answer discussion. TUID staff are available for dialogue outside of Board meetings. 6. Sale or rental of TUID mobile home discussion continuation from August 2023. Discussion of history and timeline going forward for current advertisements, bids, and open bid process for rental or sale. 7. TUID Power Plant C9 Generator #2 oil test results and rebuild discussion. Review draft RFP and board vote on RFP circulation for #2 rebuild quotes contingent on the 3rd oil test coming back contaminated with no other options. 8. Review RFP for TUID, rate study and board vote to publish and circulate an RFP for a utility rate study for TUID. 9. Review and board vote on final solid waste agreement resolution with NLP Management. 10. LeGrand Bitter - Tentative review and discussion and definitions of conflict of interest for a special district. 11. Board reports- Updates on Horizon-24/7 Solar Microgrid meeting and C2C grant work with NREL. Amy Golden- Water rights acquirements updates. Mike Morlang- Updates 12. Management reports - John Motley, Ray Golden. John Motley, general updates of the state of operations. Possible review and presentation of 1st quarter 2024 financials if they are produced by Larson accounting as discussed and emphasized with them. Ray Golden- Management company updates. 13. Adjournment
